As we move closer towards our exciting Lithium and Battery Metals Digital Conference, we sat down with keynote speaker Ashley Brown to discuss his presentation and what to look forward to at the conference.
Currently the Director for KPMG Digital Delta at KPMG Australia, Ashley has over 20 years’ experience as a management consultant specialising in strategy, growth, innovation and business transformation. He is focused on Australia being future ready and how our country can gain a competitive edge in the battery industry.
“Whilst Australia has all the necessary ingredients for a greater role in the global battery value chain, we are still faced with a number of challenges as we look to establish our battery industry in this country. My presentation will cover a number of emerging innovations and anticipated changes in consumer behaviour that may swing the balance of competitive advantage in our favour in the future.”
Looking towards the future, Ashley mentions how crucial it is to explore new possibilities. We have reached a time where the more we can understand about future energy the more set up we will be for a prosperous future.
“This is a critical time for the battery metals industry in Australia, particularly in the context of the current climate and amidst major questions being raised about the future of global supply chains. This virtual conference brings together speakers across a diverse range of topics critical for the debate we need to have about Australia’s future role in the global battery value chain.”
